Betfair Black is the most exclusive betting rewards program in Australasia. 

Our job was to welcome people into the first tier of this program. But when you’re dealing with punters who have a weekly profit and loss between 16K and 37K, a simple welcome message wasn't going to cut it so we created this DM piece to give our punters tips on celebrating their new status in the world. 

The DM was extremely well received with 59.6% of recipients taking up the offer contained in the pack.
